MR ROBERT H. RAU (Chairman, IAP)
President , RHR Enterprise Inc.
 
Mr Robert H. Rau started his career with Parker Hannifin Corporation in 1969 after graduating from Whittier College in Business Administration. From 1982, he was the Executive Vice President and President of the Aerospace Sector, and was also a Member of the Management Executive Committee.

From April 1993 to December 1997, Mr Rau was the President and CEO of Rohr, Inc, the largest provider of nacelle systems for large commercial transport aircraft in the world. He was also the President of the Aerostructures Group and a member of the Board of Directors following the merger of Rohr into BFGoodrich in December 1997.

In addition, he was a former Member of the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association and the Association's Executive Committee, and the past Chairman of the General Aviation Manufacturers Associations
   
 
MR ANDREW STEVENS
Chief Operating Officer, Cobham PLC
 

Mr Andrew Stevens was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Cobham plc in 2005. He joined Cobham plc in 2003 as Group Managing Director (Aerospace Systems). He graduated with first-class honours in engineering and has over 20 years' manufacturing, operations and general management experience within the TI group(Dowty Aerospace) and with Bowthrope plc (Cable Management Sector).

In the early part of his career he held various positions in the Dowty Aerospace Division and later went on to become General Manage of Dowty Aerospace Landing Gear (UK) in 1992. He also served as Managing Director in Messier-Dowty Limited, and was appointed Managing Director of Messier-Dowty (Europe), the world leader in landing gear systems, in October 1997.

On 3 November 1999, Mr Stevens was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Messier-Dowty International, with an international management team comprising over 2700 staff reporting to him. Mr Stevens then joined Rolls-Royce in 2000 as Managing Director of Rolls-Royce Defence - Europe.

   
 
DR ANDREAS SPERL
Chief Financial Officer, Airbus Industrial
 
Dr. Andreas Sperl was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Airbus in June 2000 and is responsible for finance, controlling , accounting, as well as internal audit and risk management. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President of DaimlerChrysler Aerospace in Munich, responsible for mergers and acquisitions. He is also a member of the Airbus executive committee.

Dr. Sperl holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Munster as well as a PhD from the same university.

He joined Daimler Benz AG in 1979 as a specialist in the Participations department and subsequently became Director of Group Planning and General Director of Mercedes-Benz Mexico in 1986 and 1991 respectively.
   
 
Mr. R. JAMES CUDD
Vice President, Strategic Business Development, Honeywell Aerospace
 

Mr. R. James Cudd was assigned his president position in November 1999. He possesses 15 years of experience in the Aerospace industry. Prior to his current position, Mr Cudd was President of the Canaan Group, a consulting group specializing in the aerospace industry. He has a broad background encompassing management of manufacturing businesses, marketing and sales groups, M&A functions, business development organizations and program groups, and possesses extensive exposure to the European and ASian aerospace industries.

Prior to joining the Canaan Group, Mr Cudd worked for Singapore TEchnologies as the President of the aerospace manufacturing operations. He has also held senior positions with Pratt & Whitney and AlliedSignal in addition to early career experience with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and the Unites States Navy.

Mr Cudd holds a B.S degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in finance and accounting from Columbia University
