We focus on manufacturing of complex geometry products such engine mounts and airfoils, that are made of hard and tough materials such as stainless steels, titanium and nickel-based alloys. Our products are being used extensively in Airbus and Boeing aircraft as well as Regional Jets and Corporate Jets.

Our state-of-the-art machining centers comprise of flexible manufacturing systems, 5-axis milling and turning machines that offer exacting precision required by our global customers.  This is supported by special processes such as shot peening, glass bead peening, anodising, fluorescent particle inspection, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection, vacuum heat treatment and laboratory testings.

Our quality system is AS9100 certified and Nadcap certified for many special and NDT processes that are essential for engine mount and airfoil manufacturing.
