Mr Goh is the President & CEO of the SAM Group and a member of the Board of the Company since September 2001.
He is also the Chairman and has been a member of the Board of SAM (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, and SAM Aerospace (NI) Limited.
Mr Goh holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Salford, UK. He also holds a Master of Science in Thermal Power from Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK.
