Mr Shum has been a member of the Board since December 2013.
He is also the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Berhad and the General Manager of Shum Enterprises Pte. Ltd.
Mr Shum has also held various positions such as the Head Aerospace, Industry Development Division of Singapore Economic Development Board, the Executive Director of Grande Holdings Ltd, Consultant, the consultant of Grande Group Limited, and the Independent Non-Executive Director of Lafe Corporation Limited.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, USA.
